Paraná state water company Sanepar said it plans to sell BRL350 million ($80.2 million) worth of debentures in a two-part deal on March 15, seeking to take advantage of falling funding costs in Brazil. Sanepar will set aside the proceeds from one series of seven-year notes and another series of nine-year notes to cover investments and add to working capital, it said a securities filing.
