Pan American Energy, the second largest oil producer in Argentina, has joined a wave of corporate bond issuers with plans to raise up to ARS4 billion ($64.9 million) from the sale of one-year notes in the local market. The company will offer at least ARS2 billion worth of peso-denominated notes at auction on Thursday, but it could increase the size of the issue based on demand, it said in a securities filing.
