Hidrovias do Brasil, a logistics company based in São Paulo, said it plans to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) and list its shares on the Novo Mercado index of the B3 stock exchange.
The company could increase capital by as much as BRL412 million ($94.5 million) to BRL1.72 billion through the IPO, which will involve the sale of shares owned by existing shareholders, Hidrovias said in a securities filing.
