Colombian lender Banco SerFinanza plans to issue COP200 billion ($58.8 million) in five- and seven-year notes on Wednesday, according to a securities filing.
Bancolombia will lead the deal with Ultraserfinco and Davivienda as the other bookrunners. SerFinanza will sell the notes through a Dutch auction, setting the price after it has received all the orders. The starting price will be published on Wednesday.
