Brazilian private healthcare company Rede D'Or São Luiz said on Monday that it agreed to spend BRL800 million ($184 million) to buy 80% of Hospital Aliança in Salvador.
Rede D'Or purchased the stake through its subsidiary Hospital Esperança under an agreement that includes the construction of a new hospital building to be leased back to Hospital Aliança, according to a securities filing.
