Chilean information technology (IT) firm Sonda said it has formed a holding company called Inversiones Internacionales to group together its international businesses.
Local financial newspaper Diario Financiero reported on Tuesday that Sonda had created an international holding company with $650 million in capital. Sonda confirmed the news in a filing with the Chilean securities regulator CMF on Wednesday, but it did not say how much capital the new company has.
