Moody's downgrades Quiport

Moody's said it has downgraded Quiport, the private operator of the international airport in Quito, to B3 from B2 a week after it cut the government's credit rating by a notch. The rating agency also changed the outlook on Quiport's ratings to stable from negative, according to a report from February 12.
