Argentina's creditors could face a haircut in what are expected to be tough negotiations to restructure more than $100 billion in debt, analysts said after Economy Minister Martín Guzmán indicated that bondholders may be upset by what he is preparing to offer them. "It is clear that there will be frustration on the part of bondholders," Guzmán said late Wednesday in a congressional hearing that ran for more than an hour.
