The Mexican branch of Spanish bank BBVA sold MXN15 billion ($804 million) worth of peso-denominated notes in the local market on Wednesday, according to a securities filing. Led by its own brokerage firm, BBVA divided the deal into three series of notes, including one in US dollars.
