Banco Mundo Mujer debuts in local bond market

Colombian lender Banco Mundo Mujer sold COP150 billion ($44.3 million) worth of peso-denominated notes in the local market on Wednesday, according to the Colombian stock exchange BVC. The Popayán-based bank priced the three-year notes at a fixed rate of 6.19% in a Dutch auction, after setting the opening price at 6.75%. Bancolombia led the deal with Ultraserfinco and BTG Pactual, bringing in COP563 billion in total orders. Banco Mundo Mujer previously said it would use up to 40% of the proceeds
