Colombia's Banco Mundo Mujer will debut in the local bond market on Wednesday with COP150 billion ($43.9 million) in three-year notes, according to a prospectus from the Popayán-based lender.
Bancolombia will lead the deal with Ultraserfinco and BTG Pactual as the other bookrunners. Banco Mundo Mujer will sell the new notes through a Dutch auction, setting the price after it has received all the orders.
