TransJamaican Highway Limited (TJH), a toll road concession owned by the Jamaican government, sold $225 million worth of 5.75% 2036 notes on Friday, in a deal that was more than three times oversubscribed, according to sources close to the deal.
Led by the sole bookrunner UBS, the company priced the 16.75-year notes at par to yield 5.75%, the sources said.
