Aegea raises local debt

Debenture Debt Capital Markets Fixed Income Project & Infrastructure Finance Brazil

Brazilian water services company Aegea Saneamento has issued BRL305 million ($70.7 million) worth of debentures in the local bond market, according to the capital markets association Anbima. The São Paulo-based company priced the five-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.8%, led by BTG Pactual, Anbima said.
