Brazilian truck and equipment rental company Vamos Locação, owned by the same holding company as logistics firm JSL, has called off a planned initial public offering (IPO), although it "continues monitoring the market," it said in a securities filing on Thursday.
Before a corporate reshuffling in July this year made JSL a subsidiary of Simpar, JSL announced plans in February 2019 to spin off Vamos through an IPO. It canned the deal in April last year in "unfavorable market conditions." JSL recon
