Brazilian medical services company Diagnósticos da América (DASA) said Thursday that it agreed to pay BRL1.77 billion ($345 million) to buy hospital operator Grupo Leforte as part of its expansion plans in hospital services. DASA subsidiary Ímpar Serviços Hospitalares acquired 100% of Biodínamo, which controls Leforte's hospital, outpatient, clinical and diagnostics services, the company said in a securities filing.
