Brazil's Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista (CTEEP) said Thursday that it plans to sell BRL1.6 billion ($311 million) in debentures, one day after it announced an agreement to buy the electricity transmission company Piratininga-Bandeirantes Transmissora de Energia (PBTE).
