Paraguayan lender Banco Continental sold $300 million worth of five-year sustainable bonds, pricing the 2025 notes at par to yield 2.75%, according to a source involved in the deal.
With JPMorgan and Santander as joint bookrunners, the Asunción-based bank opened the initial price talk in the low 3% area before it set guidance at 2.875%, plus or minus 0.125%, and launched the deal at 2.75%, the source said.
