Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras said Wednesday that it had issued the bidding documents for its stakes in two natural gas pipeline operators and closed the BRL4 billion ($767 million) sale of its subsidiary Liquigás Distribuidora, according to regulatory filings.
Petrobras is selling its entire 51% stake in Transportadora Brasileira Gasoduto Bolivia-Brasil (TBG) and a 25% interest in Transportadora Sulbrasileira de Gás (TSB), according to the teaser document.
