US investment firm KKR has called off the planned reopening of two CerPI funds on the BMV stock exchange in Mexico City, according to a securities filing from CIBanco.
KKR raised $183 million from a two-part CerPI deal in December 2018 with $100 million in one series and $83 million in the other. It had the option to raise up to $900 million from the sale of CerPIs and had announced plans to add to the second series on December 29 this year.
