Colombian development bank Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN) said it issued COP2.5 trillion ($714 million) worth of 10-year hybrid bonds on Tuesday, replacing notes that it issued in 2016, according to a securities filing.
According to FDN, the new notes priced at the IPC consumer price index plus 3.17% with the funds raised counted as "technical capital."
In October, FDN issued COP1 trillion in a four-part deal in the local market.
