Chile's Concesionaria Teleférico Bicentenario said it has reached a deal to borrow up to UF2.47 million ($100 million) from local lender Banco Bci to finance the construction of an aerial tramway in Santiago through a public-private partnership (PPP).
The consortium said it will use the money from the nearly 20-year loan for construction and equipment, according to a securities filing.
The 3.2-km aerial lift will run from Plaza Nueva Zelandia in the Providencia district and pass over the Parque
