A group of Argentine investors has entered talks to acquire Edenor, an electricity distribution company in Buenos Aires, for as much as $300 million, including debt, with $140 million for the majority stake held by Pampa Energía, people close to the talks said on Friday.
"They are in negotiations," one source said, adding that the details of a possible acquisition are still being fine tuned.
