Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras could carry out an initial public offering (IPO) for several pipelines it operates in the Santos Basin by the third quarter of next year, CEO Roberto Castello Branco said Tuesday.
Speaking during the company's annual investors day, Castello Branco said Petrobras is in discussions with its concession partners to create a midstream company to operate the pipelines and launch an IPO next year.
