InterEnergy issues green bonds for wind farms

UEP Penonomé II, a wind power company in Panama owned by InterEnergy, sold $263 million worth of 18-year green bonds in the international market on Wednesday, it said in a securities filing.  The company said it priced the 2038 bonds at par to yield 6.5% with Citi as the sole bookrunner. It also said the bonds will be amortized every six months and have an average weighted life of 9.74 years.
