Latin American power company EnfraGen sold $710 million worth of 10-year non-call five notes on Wednesday in its first dollar bond sale in the international market, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. EnfraGen, owned by the US energy infrastructure developer Glenfarne Group and the Swiss private equity firm Partners Group, priced the 2030 bonds at 99.039 with a coupon of 5.375% to yield 5.5%, the source said.
