Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM) said it has appointed Alejandro Calderón as its new CFO to replace Jorge Tabares, who left the city-owned utility company in early November.
Calderón has more than 10 years of experience and has studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Université Montesquieu (Bordeux IV) and Harvard University, EPM said in a securities filing on Tuesday.
EPM said in a separate statement that it plans to raise COP5.1 trillion ($1.41 billion) in capital resources
