Colombian natural gas company Promigas said it raised COP600 billion ($164 million) in debt in the local bond market, split between COP501 billion in 25-year notes and COP99.5 billion in five-year notes.
The Bogotá-based company said it received COP1.05 trillion in orders, equal to 1.74 times the amount offered. It got COP713 billion in orders for the 2045 bonds and COP337 billion for the 2025s, Promigas said in securities filings on Thursday evening.
