Brazilian online lender Banco Inter plans to use some of the money it raised in a recent follow-on offering to make tag-on acquisitions over the next 12 months after agreeing this month to acquire a stake in payments processing company Granito, CFO Helena Lopes Caldeira told LatinFinance on Friday.
