Eletronorte, a division of the Brazilian state-owned electric utility company Eletrobras, and Águas de Juturnaíba, a water concessionaire owned by Águas do Brasil, issued a combined BRL867 million ($163 million) in debentures on Wednesday, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.
