Brazil's Odata looks for loan for Mexican investment

Brazilian data center developer Odata plans to finance half of a $100 million investment in a new data center in Mexico with loans, project financing or a mix of the two from commercial banks or multilateral lenders, CFO Rafael Bomeny told LatinFinance on Friday. Odata's shareholders, Brazilian asset management firm Pátria Investimentos and US real estate investment trust CyrusOne, will cover the other half of the investment to build a new data center in the city of Querétaro, Bomeny said.
