Asset Management Debenture Debt Capital Markets Fixed Income Funds Project & Infrastructure Finance Rule 476

Infraestrutura Brasil Holding II, an infrastructure fund managed by Brazilian asset management firm Pátria Investimentos, raised BRL350 million ($65.7 million) in its first deal under Rule 476 in the local bond market, according to the capital markets association Anbima. Led by Itaú BBA, the fund priced BRL200 million in one-year debentures at the DI interbank lending rate plus 3.05% and BRL150 million in more one-year debentures at the DI plus 2.55%, according to Anbima.
