Ardian, Solarpack refinance three projects in Peru

France's Ardian Infrastructure and Spain's Solarpack have borrowed $226 million from three commercial banks to refinance debt from three solar power plants in Peru, according to the legal adviser to the borrowers. BNP Paribas, Société Générale and SMBC provided the financing to three special purpose vehicles – Moquegua, Tacna Solar and Panamericana Solar – to pay off loans from the US Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), now known as the International Development Finance Corporation,
