Argentina is putting a new focus on reforms as a team from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) starts a second visit to the country to negotiate a new financial aid program for the country.
On Monday, Economy Minister Martín Guzmán said he would send a bill to Congress this week that would provide more oversight of sovereign bond sales in the international market. If passed, the law would make the government seek approval from legislators to sell bonds and take out loans in foreign currencies,
