US private equity firm Warburg Pincus said Wednesday that it led a $100 million financing round for Brazilian start-up Take Blip, not long after cashing out its stake in two local companies through initial public offerings (IPOs). Take Blip is billed as a communication platform for companies on messaging services like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
