Argentina's Vicentín said it has hired Maxim Group to help it look for financing and potential investors to pull the agribusiness out of bankruptcy.
Maxim Group, an investment bank based in New York, will work on a plan for Vicentín, one of the country's biggest soy exporters, to resume growth, the agribusiness said in a statement.
