Chilean mining group Antofagasta has hired bookrunners to arrange its first debt sale in the international market, a benchmark-sized transaction of 10-year bonds in US dollars, according to a source involved in the deal.
Investor calls began on Monday with Citi and JPMorgan as global coordinators and BNP Paribas, Scotiabank, and SMBC as joint bookrunners, the source said.
