Brazil is confident it will attract a wide array of bidders, including companies from the United States, in the auctions of power transmission line concessions next year, André Pepitone, head of the national electric energy regulator Aneel, told LatinFinance in an interview.
"We have companies from everywhere – from Europe, from Asia. We have players from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and we also have the Chinese and the Indians, but we don't have the Americans," Pepitone said about the winners
