ICL acquires Fertiláqua in Brazil

Israeli chemical company ICL said Monday that it agreed buy Brazilian plant nutrition company Fertiláqua from local private equity firm Aqua Capital for roughly $120 million. Fertiláqua markets more than 100 products under the Aminoagro, Dimicron and Maximus brands. Its customers include retailers, cooperatives and large farms, ICL said in a press release.
