Promigas to pay off debt with 2029 tap

Colombian natural gas company Promigas added $120 million to its 3.75% 2029 bonds on Thursday, pricing the tap at 99.622 to yield 3.8%, or 307.1 basis points over US Treasury notes, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance. A company source had previously said that Promigas intended to raise as much as $150 million to pay off short- and long-term debt, but the company said in a statement on Thursday that it came to the market with plans to issue $100 million in 2029 notes.
