Brazilian real estate company Alphaville has restarted a planned initial public offering (IPO) through a different division after cancelling a previous attempt in August.
The São Paulo-based apartment builder now intends to price an IPO for Alphaville SA on November 4. It had scheduled an IPO for Alphaville Urbanismo before it pulled the deal in an unsteady market.
Alphavile said it expects to raise BRL468 million ($83.6 million) in the deal next month after setting a target price range at BRL41
