Colombia's Banco GNB Sudameris is looking to issue up to COP500 billion ($130 million) in local bonds before the end of 2020, according to a statement from Value and Risk Rating on Tuesday.
V&R assigned the proposed bonds a AA rating with a stable outlook, saying the bank has a "high" capacity to make its debt payments.
