Brazilian private equity firm Vinci Partners is putting the finishing touches on a BRL1 billion ($178 million) real estate fund to build warehouses for major online retailers, Leandro Bousquet, the head of real estate at the firm, told LatinFinance.
Vinci is negotiating the final terms with Fulwood, an industrial warehouse company that it has worked with since 2012, and expects to launch the fund in the next 30 days, Bousquet said.
