Aliança Interligação Elétrica (AIE) printed BRL1.65 billion ($410 million) in debentures and led a late rush to Brazil's bond market at the end of 2019, according to the local capital markets association Anbima. AIE, a power transmission company owned by ISA CTEEP and Taesa, issued the 24-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 4.9982%, led by Itaú BBA, according to Anbima.
