Colombian financial services conglomerate Grupo Aval priced $1 billion worth of 10-year notes on Tuesday, marking its first cross-border bond deal since 2012, sources told LatinFinance.
The Bogotá-based holding company priced the 4.375% 2030 notes at 99.432 to yield 4.6%, or 280 basis points over US Treasury bonds, a source involved in the deal said.
