Peruvian fruit producer Camposol raised $350 million to pay off debt on Tuesday, pricing new seven-year non-call four notes at 98.878 to yield 6.2%, sources told LatinFinance.
Camposol set the initial price talk in the high 6% area, but narrowed the price at guidance to 6.375%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, and launched the deal at 6.2%, said a source involved in the deal. The company is scheduled to settle the new notes on February 3.
