Brazilian steel company Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) said on Friday evening that it agreed to buy back $263 million in 6.5% 2020 notes as part of its debt management plans.
The steelmaker plans to repurchase the notes on January 31, paying $1,020 for every $1,000 in principal, CSN said in a statement. The company had $434 million in outstanding 2020 notes before it announced the buyback.
