YPF raises more than expected from bond sale

Argentina's state-backed energy company YPF said it raised a more-than-expected $150 million from a four-part bond sale, a deal that one analyst said was oversubscribed in a market without many options. The company had set out to raise at least $50 million from the sale, with most of the notes paying an interest rate based on Badlar, or what commercial banks pay for 30- to 35-day deposits of more than ARS1 million ($16,667). In the end, YPF wound up selling three series of peso-denominated bonds
