Colombia Móvil, a mobile phone subsidiary of the Luxembourg-based telecommunications company Millicom, is close to signing a five-year, $300m syndicated loan to refinance outstanding debt, according to a source close to the deal.
JPMorgan and Scotiabank are leading the deal as joint bookrunners and have brought in four additional lenders. Banco Sabadell and Natixis have joined as mandated lead arrangers, while Bank of America and Citibank have signed on as participants, the source said. JPMorgan
