Colombia Móvil dials up syndicated loan

Colombia Móvil, a mobile phone subsidiary of the Luxembourg-based telecommunications company Millicom, is close to signing a five-year, $300m syndicated loan to refinance outstanding debt, according to a source close to the deal. JPMorgan and Scotiabank are leading the deal as joint bookrunners and have brought in four additional lenders.
