Brazilian bank Bradesco sold $1.6 billion worth of new bonds on Wednesday, printing $800 million in three-year notes and another $800 million in five-year notes, according to a source involved in the deal.
The 2023 notes priced at par with a coupon of 2.85%, or 132 basis points over US Treasury bonds, while the 2025 bonds also priced at par with a coupon of 3.2%, or 162.3 basis points over US Treasury bonds, the source said.
