Chimarrão Transmissora de Energia, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) owned by the Spanish construction company ACS and the Canadian asset management firm Brookfield, has signed a two-year guarantee from four banks to cover financing from the national development bank BNDES, according to a source close to the deal.
